My name is Jennifer Castro and I am a junior at Mark Keppel High School. I either pitch or play center field on the JV Softball team. I am involved with the East Los Angeles Upward Bound Program. Personally I hate High School. After High School I plan on going to ELAC then transfer to UC Santa Cruz or Caltech and major in Astronomy. My name is Melanie Tan and I am 18 years old. And I am a senior at Mark Keppel HS. This is only my first year at this school and so far I haven't experience anything exciting here at MK. Well let me describe myself. I consider myself unique from others in this school. I'm gay and there is practically less than 5 gay students here at Mark Keppel. The school I attended last year, Wilson High School, practically the whole school was like that including the guys. Well hopely I graduate high school and attend a University.
